Adapted from a Longhorn Steakhouse recipe Many say that this is the best of all marinades for salmon
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Bourbon 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over salmon, seal is plastic bag or dish and refrigerate and let chill for 2 hours.
Notes
Grill or broil salmon as desired.
