Sara Leand is CEO and founder of the company. She created the Sara Snacker brand while in her college dorm room and sold them to the students on campus and to local stores. Fast forward past a career as a television agent and production company owner – now as a wife and mother, she is back in the cookie business!

What is Slawsa? Cool. Crisp, cabbage based-relish with a salsa twist – it is rooted in an old family recipe that almost never made it to market until Julie Busha brought it to life.
We especially like it atop or on the side of hot dogs, burgers, pulled beef and for a kicked up a notch cole slaw or tartar sauce.
On November 15, 2013, Slawsa's founder Julie Busha entered the Shark Tank on ABC TV. The popular show features a panel of five Billionaires who consider investing in the presenter's business. Since 1865 Philadelphians and tourists have trekked to the Old Original Bookbinder's Restaurant, located dockside on the Delaware River. The restaurant grew originally out of the life of the seaport itself when Samuel Bookbinder opened for business.

Enjoy this recipe for Loco Coco Pumpkin Pie

1 15-ounce can solid pack pumpkin puree
1 ¼ cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk like Native Forest
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 regular 9" pie crusts (store-bought or homemade), or 1 deep dish pie crust and 2 tartlet shells
Place the oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 425F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, sugar, spices, and salt.
Stir in the eggs one at a time until well incorporated. Stir in the vanilla. Pour the pumpkin filling into the prepared crusts.
Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 45-50 minutes, or until pies are set and the centers are not jiggly.
Serves about 6-8.
